From web developer to communication coach

Jonathan started out as a web developer in London, creating websites for major brands like the BFI and the Man Booker Prize. He quickly realised how important effective communication was to success in this work—which started his own learning journey. He found a talent for coaching and hasn’t looked back.

Jonathan received advanced training in improvisation and conflict resolution. He’s run scores of professional events—from conferences to seminars—around the world. He’s also trained leading teams like the Government Digital Service and Deliveroo.

Today Jonathan coaches senior technical professionals from any background. In person in London, or around the world by video call. He also goes on-site to train teams.
