The London Intensive course
Cancellation policy
If you cancel before the booking deadline we’ll refund 50% of the fee; after that date there are no refunds. You can’t transfer to someone else. In the rare case that there aren’t enough people to run your cohort, we’ll contact you two weeks beforehand with alternative dates.
Communication coaching by video call
All coaching sessions are 1 hour long by video call. They are one-to-one with your coach.
Starter programme (block of 3 sessions)
You must book and use all 3 sessions within 8 weeks from the date of payment. After this point, if you have not used all your sessions, you will need to sign up for another block.
12-week programme
The programme includes up to 10 sessions within a 12-week period, starting on the day you pay. You must book and use the sessions within this period. While we may send a reminder once, it is your responsibility to book the sessions within the period. If you have not used all the sessions by the end of the period, you will need to buy another package in order to book more sessions.
Subscription
The plan covers up to 3 sessions per calendar month. You must book and use the sessions within this period—there are no refunds or rollovers. To cancel your subscription, contact us by email or phone before the renewal date. (You will get an email reminder from Stripe a week before renewal.)
Cancellation policy for coaching
To reschedule your session, give us 24 hours notice. We don't provide refunds for cancellations or missed sessions.
Privacy policy
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track your use of this website.
If you sign up for our online course, we will set a cookie to allow you to log into the course website. This is required for the course software to work. The cookie will automatically expire at the end of your course.
Using your data
When you register for training or coaching, we ask for some personal information to administer and organise the event. This may include name, email, address details, telephone, job title and organisation, dietary preferences etc. We store this information in a database for the purposes of organising the event. We will contact you with details about the event, usually by email. We will not sell, rent, or provide in any other way any personally identifiable information about you to any third party, apart from for the purposes of organising the event / delivering the training.
Payment processing and credit card details
We use Stripe to take online payments for our services. We don’t store the credit card details on our servers. Stripe requires your credit card details to process the transaction. This information is transmitted over a secure encrypted connection (SSL), and is stored on a secure Stripe server.
Promotional emails
We may send you an occasional promotional email about services we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from all future emails using a single-click unsubscribe link within the email.
