You can pay for your registration through by credit card or by bank transfer. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.
If you’re paying via Credit card, you need to make the payment during the registration process. If you don’t, we’ll cancel your registration.
If you pay by bank transfer, please send cleared funds in UK Pounds Sterling to reach our bank account within 14 days of your registration, or we’ll cancel your registration. If there’s a currency conversion involved, you’re responsible for the conversion fee.
If you need to cancel your registration more than 30 days before the event, please email us and we’ll refund your registration minus a 20% cancellation fee. Within 30 days of the event, you can’t cancel your registration. You can transfer your registration to another person within 7 days of the event for no charge, by emailing us with the name of the new attendee.
To benefit from reduced “early bird” rates and/or discount codes, you need to pay for your registration immediately (if using credit card) or within 14 days (if using bank transfer.) If your payment is late you’ll miss out on these discounted rates.

You allow us to use any photos or video taken of you at our events, and feedback from your feedback form, for marketing purposes.
Although we make every effort to confirm our speaker lists and the event schedules, circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. All speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
If the event is cancelled, we will refund your registration fee in full. Any costs incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, are your responsibility.
In order to register you for one of our events, we require some personal information: name, address, telephone number, job title, company name, and email address. We store this information securely in our database and only use it for the purposes of organising the event you registered for. We will also send you email related to the event.
We may send you an occasional promotional email about another event we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from all future emails using a single-click unsubscribe link within the email.
In order to process payments online we require the billing address for the credit card used and our external payment provider, Ogone, requires your credit card details.
We take online payments for our services. We use Ogone as our external payment provider. To process a transaction we require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to Ogone who check the address against the cardholder’s details for security purposes.
We don’t store the credit card details on our servers, but we do store the billing details, and we may store a unique reference to your card details on the Ogone server so that we can process renewals or so you can pay again with the same card more easily. We also use the billing details in case we need to contact you regarding payments, e.g. for an outstanding invoice or failed transaction.
Ogone requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This information is transmitted over a secure encrypted connection (SSL), and is stored on a secure Ogone server.
We will not sell, rent, or provide in any other way any personally identifiable information about you to any third party, apart from for the purposes of organising the event.
